Mr. Ranjit Parkash Bhambri was enrolled as member of the ICAI in 1976 and has an experience of more than 40 years in almost every fact of the accounting profession. He has served Punjab Financial Corporation (PFC) for 3 years. He was Chairman of ICAI Patiala Chapter office for 2 years. Mr. R.P. Bhambri is senior partner of the firm in that capacity looks after the entire range of practice relating to Audit, Direct Tax including planning for corporate, rendering of consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation & Financial matters.

Mr. Anil Arora was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1994 and has a experience of more than 24 years in the industry and the profession. He has been appointed as Director of State Bank of India (Local Board, Chandigarh) during 2013-2016. He is also qualified system auditor and cleared certification course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection of ICAI. He is also associate member of ACFE, USA (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). He is well versed with Direct tax laws and over the years acquired proficiency in Income Tax matters. He is special appointee for the ICAI committee on “Banking and Insurance” during the fiscal year 2012-2013. Apart from his professional expertise he has keen interest in sports and its development. He is the member of Patiala CA Cricket club and has been elected as Joint Secretary of Fencing Association of India in year 2017 and General Secretary Punjab Fencing Association in year 2013. He is also approved Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. He has been appointed as Financial Consultant of State Health Agency (Govt. of Punjab) for implementation / monitoring of Ayushman Bharat and any other insurance scheme sponsored by State Government.

He has been nominated as co-opted member of committee on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code of ICAI for the year 2020-2021. He has also been appointed as member of Advisory Committee of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professional of ICAI in april 2020.

Mr. Harish Malhotra after obtaining his Bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Kurukshetra did his article ship training with M/s J.S.Seth & Co. and after qualifying the examination, joined the firm as partner from 2007. His expertise includes Forensic / Investigation  Audits, Internal Audits, Statutory Audits and Compliance Audits, he has been involved in the audit of major corporate and non-corporate clients in the industries such as Automobiles,\ Hospitality Services, Agricultural equipments, Harvester combines, Transporters etc. He has cleared certification courses on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and Concurrent Audit of Banks of ICAI. He is also associate member of ACFE, USA (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). He is also approved Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India

Ms. Ramanpreet was enrolled as member of ICAI in May 2002 and having a rich experience of more than 12 years in Industries like Textile, Hardware, Beverages and Consumer Durable. Her earlier KRA’s includes receivable management, audits and sox compliance, controlling of CFA’s (300 distributor chain), supply chain functions, process improvement and standardization in sales commercial. She is based at Faridabad and in-charge of our New Delhi office. She is also approved Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. She is also approved Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

He Joined M/s Anil Arora and Associates on 1st September 2019. His expertise is corporate auidts, educational institutions compliance and audit. Mr. Parmeshwar Verma qualified as chartered accountant in February 2015. He has expertise in accounting, taxation and management consultancy. He has worked in real estate and education sector in accounts, audit and MIS departments.

Mr. Deepak Kumar joined the firm as Partner w.e.f. 16/08/2016, however he is associated with the firm since 29/12/2015. He has qualified as Chartered Accountant and enrolled his membership since 11th July, 2014. His expertise includes Internal financial and process audits, stock audits, concurrent and statutory audits of banks.
